Little Bros

Below are some pictures of my little brothers. They’re not really so little.

This is from the day I picked them up in Grundy Center. One is seventeen and full of teenage hell. the other is ten and an avid reader. I guess he takes after his sister! We all look so much alike, don’t we?

The Budweiser Clydesdales. Riverfest was going on the weekend they arrived, so we walked down to check it out. Teenage brother’s observation: “This is kind of retarded.”

Younger brother standing on the wall that surrounds my apartment. In the background is the playground that my window overlooks. Teenage brother’s comment: “I wish I had my paintball gun. I would totally nail some of those kids.” I agreed with him on that one.

About Restless Cube Dweller

Most of my adult life has been defined finding homes in unconventional places, and learning to interact positively with others. I've lived in the middle of nowhere, in small cities, in large cities, in the suburbs, and now in Dubuque, Iowa. This blog represents my musings about growing up, moving on, finding love, and eating well in the suburbs and beyond.

OMG. Your blog has gained, like, ten pounds; it’s no longer neglected and starved!

This post rocks. You all obviously share the same sense of humor, eh?

Yes, our personalities are really similar. I took them to a Pampered Chef party. The ladies loved ’em.
