I shouldn’t be writing on my blog. I have so much to do.
The Polar Bear Running Club is quickly coming to an end. CE and I have been running at 6:00 am three mornings a week since November, but CE will start riding her bike to work every morning and won’t be able to run and bike since her workplace is across town and across some seriously hilly terrain (Kudos, lady! You’re nuts!) . She’s invited me to bike with her halfway for a morning workout, but I don’t think it’s going to work because I bike for fun, not for grueling exercise on a steep incline and biking dubuque is scary with all the narrow streets and lawless drivers. I only hope I can keep up with my exercise without her. It’s been a vital part of keeping healthy and fit in the past five months! As of last weekend, I’m actually down to the size I was in high school (that’s 2 sizes down from where I’ve been in the past 4 years)!
