Mostly because I fight dirty.
It is no secret that I am a cheese fiend, so when my friend CE asked me to make mozzerella cheese with her, I knew I had to give it a try. The ingredients are quite simple (whole milk, rennet, citric acid, salt, and a thermometer) and it is a fun activity on a cold Iowa afternoon. Unfortunately, our cheese-making venture didn’t quite work. We ended up with loads of ricotta instead.
Time to make lasagna, my bitch of a temptress.
